The Lady with knife is a story that I believe we all share. At least at different points in our lives, we have all experienced the blows of life. From heartache, aloneness, being misunderstood to failure and standing up for yourself in spite of the uncertainties and confusions we face. “To stay true to the dream is not beans “. At times we ask ourselves what is the point? In this painting, I tried not only to capture these moments but to also to show that in spite of the challenges and obstacles, we can emerge triumphantly. The knife is symbolic of a strong will, and the baby symbolic of the imminent success that awaits the one who doesn’t give up.
